Thank you for shopping with Shop Golden Threads. Below you’ll find important information about how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

  • During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Shop Golden Threads is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit please email us at support@shopgtb.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order.

RETURNS

SHOP GOLDEN THREADS – RETURN POLICY

We hope you love every piece you receive from Shop Golden Threads. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—please review our return policy below before starting your return.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Emails Support@shopgtb.com

2. Enter your order number and items you wish to return

3. Once approved we will provide return instructions

All returns must be submitted through the email before mailing items back.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

- Returns are accepted for store credit only

- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

- Returns received after 14 days may be denied

- Returns older than 30 days will not be accepted

- We do not offer exchanges at this time

FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON-RETURNABLE)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

- Items discounted 30% or more

- Sale or clearance items

- Accessories

- Leggings

- Bodysuits

- Swimwear

- Athletic wear (including biker shorts, athletic tops, sports bras, etc.)

- Lifestyle and branded merchandise

For hygiene reasons, items such as bodysuits, swimwear, and leggings are strictly non-returnable.

RESTOCKING FEES

- Unauthorized returns of final sale items may incur a 50% restocking fee

- Late returns (if accepted) may also incur a 50% restocking fee

- Improperly returned shoes may incur a 20% restocking fee

RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

All items must be returned in original condition:

- Unworn and unwashed

- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or smoke odors

- No stains, pet hair, or damage

Items that do not meet these standards will be rejected.

SHOE RETURN POLICY

- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box

- The shoe box must be placed inside a separate shipping box

- Do not attach shipping labels directly to the shoe box

Failure to follow these instructions may result in a 20% restocking fee

PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS

- Include your packing slip

- Securely package items to prevent damage

- Use protective wrapping as needed

PROCESSING TIME

- Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after delivery to our facility

- Store credit will be issued via email

- If a return label is used, the cost will be deducted from your store credit

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please report damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

If eligible, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.
